Jack Swagger, in the midst
of the biggest push of his career as he is set to take on Alberto Del
Rio for the World Title at WrestleMania, was arrested for committing
traffic offenses in Mississippi after leaving last night's Smackdown
taping according to TMZ.com.
TMZ reports that Swagger was arrested and later released on his own recognizance.
WWE issued the following comment on the arrest: "Mr. Swagger is responsible for his own personal actions."

Update:
TMZ.com reported that Jake Hager aka Jack Swagger, was arrested last
night after the TV tapings in Biloxi and charged with speeding, a DUI
and possession of marijuana.
