Update on the Ryback vs. CM Punk WWE Title Match, Sin Cara Written Off SmackDown?

As we have noted, Sin Cara has been working through a left knee injury and officials were concerned that he would need time off.

This is likely the reason that The Shield attacked him on tonight's Super SmackDown.
 

As indicated on SmackDown tonight, Ryback will face CM Punk for the WWE Title on the January 7th episode of RAW
