NXT Tag Team Championship Tournament:

Round 1

The Family defeated Percy Watson & Yoshi Tatsu

Bo Dallas & Michael McGillicutty defeated Primo & Epico

Leo Kruger & Kassius Ohno defeated Alex Riley & Derrick Bateman

Oliver Grey & Adrian Neville defeated 3MB

Here's what you need to know about NXT:

-They have a champion, it's Big E. Langston, who defeated Seth Rollins for the title on January 10. The show was taped after The Shield debuted at Survivor Series, but before Big debuted on Raw. Big originally refused to go to Raw when Vickie Guerrero offered him a spot, but did go to Raw once AJ lost power. Go figure.

-Dusty Rhodes is the Authority Figure, but his job title seems to change from week to week.

-The insanely popular Paige, Emma, Audrey Marie and Sasha Banks are the only four NXT Diva's and depending on the week Paige and Audrey are either trying to team up to prove they are better than the WWE Diva's or attacking each other.

-Bray Wyatt, Luke Harper and Rowan (Husky Harris, Brodie Lee and Erick Rowan) have formed a weird family, called simply The Wyatt Family.

-Kassius Ohno and Leo Kruger have formed an alliance and seemed determined to get William Regal to drop the headset and get in the ring.

-Camacho desperately needs $5,000 to break Hunico out of Mexico. Are plane tickets really that expensive?

And that's everything you need to know about NXT. (Now we know!) (And knowing is half the battle) (G.I. Joe!)

-The episode kicks off with some epic sounding music, sadly voiced over by Tony Dawson who does not have an epic sounding voice.

We get a shot of the crowd with Darren Young yawning in the front row.

Whatever happened to Bronson?

1.) In the NXT Tag Team Championship Tournament Semi-Finals, British Ambition (Adrian Neville & Oliver Grey) defeated Kassius Ohno & Leo Kruger in 14:03. The match started very slow, makes you think the match is going to go 40 minutes. Spoiler alert: This match will not be going 40 minutes. Grey with an “Early Submission Maneuver” also known as a headlock takeover. At least Tony didn't pull a Gorilla Monsoon and say there was no way Leo would ever give up. Ohno went for a leg dive, but Neville pulled away and hit a series of leg kicks, which was a nice reversal. I would like to point out that Adrian Neville is wearing grey trunks, while his partner Oliver Grey is not. After the babyfaces took turns beating on the heels for almost six minutes, the heels finally got the heat when a blind tag led to a Kruger kick to the back of Grey. Ohno with a beautiful Abdominal Stretch while driving his elbow into the ribs of Grey. Ohno and Kruger actually tagged in and out slapping on an Abdominal Stretch. That was interesting. Grey fought his way to his corner like this was a real fight and that his life depended on it, but time and again, he was stopped just short of the tag. Grey managed a pair of last gasp roll ups and managed to make the hot tag to Neville after Kruger missed a corner splash. Neville ran wild on the KO Kid until Ohno kicked his head right the fuck off! Neville rolled outside to reattach his head and Ohno followed him out, yelling at Mr. Regal. When Ohno turned around Neville had gotten back in the ring and nailed a Big Ass Dive, before rolling Ohno back in and hitting his Twisting Shooting Star Moonsault Of Doom for the surprise win!.

After the match Mr. Regal goes on and on about how this is Ohno's fault for taking his attention off of the match. I actually figured the finals were Ohno & Kruger vs Dallas & McGillicutty.

-We see footage of last week where Paige bumped into Summer Rain, so Rain freaked out and attacked Paige from behind.

To the back where Renee Young interviewed Summer about why she attacked Paige last night. Summer says she attacked Paige because all she is ever used for is to be the ring announcer even though she is the prettiest Diva (No, Sasha Banks is). Summer is jealous of the attention Paige receives despite being ghastly to look at. So last week she took things into her own hands and now she feels amazing. This was fine until she finished by saying “Summer School is always in session”

2.) Conor O'Brian (still doing The Ascension gimmick now that Kenneth Cameron is fired) defeated Mike Dalton in 1;)5. Dalton, a graduate of the Lance Storm Wrestling Academy, in his first match in months against Conor O'Brian, who is in his first singles match on TV since Cameron got fired. Conor picked up the easy win since he is being built up for a title shot with Big E. Conor won with a Flapjack followed by a Legdrop called the Fall of Man. Yes, he needed a name for the legdrop.

After the match Conor demanded a five count ala Big E. Langston. The referee proved he is just as retarded with Conor as he is with Big and didn't count the 5.

This brought out Big E. Langston, who doesn't get quite the same reaction now that he is a heel on Raw and apparently a baby face here. Big got in the ring and gave Dalton His Move before leaving. Hey why not make things more confusing for the fans?

-To the back where Dusty Rhodes is talking to Paige. Paige demanded a match with Summer Rain next week.

Sasha Banks, who is still oh so fucking hot, came in. dusty congratulated her on winning two weeks ago and then gave Sasha a letter from her secret admirer. Sasha appears to be finding out who her secret admirer is next week on Valentine's Day. Hmmm, I didn't realize I was making a trip to Orlando next week.

-Next up we see footage of the NXT Tournament held over Royal Rumble weekend, with Bo Dallas winning and getting a spot in the Royal Rumble. They should have aired this as an episode as it looked really good on tv. Mind you we already knew who won, but it looked fun and that the fans responded well.

In the interest of history, Bo Dallas pinned Leo Kruger in the end.

-To the back where BROTHERS MEET! Bray Wyatt walks up to Bo Dallas and congratulates him on his recent success. Bray says he hopes Bo enjoyed his 15 minutes of fame. Bo thanked Bray and said he is happy to kick Luke Harper's ass again.

3.) In an NXT Tag Team Championship Tournament Semi-Final Match, The Wyatt Family defeated Bo Dallas & Michael McGillicutty in 3:38. The match started with six minutes of tv time left. I wonder if it has a 5-minute TV Time Limit? Just once before I stop reviewing this show, I want to see a TV Time Limit expire. The Family quickly gets the heat on Bo and take turns beating down the man who not only eliminated Wade Barrett from the Royal Rumble match, but also pinned the IC Champion. Dallas makes the luke warm tag to McGillicutty, who runs mild on Harper and Rowan. Bray hooks Michael's ankle so referee Bao Nguyen throws Bray out. While Bao dealt with Bray, MMG got a visual pinfall on Harper, but Rowan knocked MMG's head off and The Family got the win.

After the match Bray stuck his hand out and invited Bo into The Family, but Bo told him to F off. Bray then used Luke and Erick to distract Bo so Bray could hit a running corner splash and his STO on his very own brother.

-The finals are set! Either British Ambition or The Family will be the first NXT Tag Team Champions! When will we find out? No idea, but tune in next week to find out who Sasha Banks' secret admirer is!
