Jeff Jarrett's Global Force
Wrestling released another video today, featuring a sitdown interview
with Mick Foley shot over the weekend at a UWE event in Pennsylvania
that he and Jarrett were both working.
During the interview, Foley praises the hard work of the current
independent wrestler, stressing how hard it is to get over in a
different place every time with no "Pavlovian" pop for your music (as a
nationally known star may get) and questioned why someone like Colt
Cabana doesn't get a shot. Foley also noted that he's ashamed to admit
he's never seen Kevin Steen's work and feels he owes it to himself and
to others to learn more about top independent names out there.
The video, which is only part one in an interview with Foley, also chronicles Jarrett scouting talents on the independents and is slickly produced, almost to the point it felt like a press kit for the GFW concept.
