The Ultimate Fighter Brazil TV Report: Heavyweight Slugfest !!

There are only two heavyweights left who haven't fought - Marcos Rogerio de Lima (Team Sonnen) and Jollyson Francino (Team Silva) - so they are squared off to open this week's show. Team Silva's training session is first. All the coaches give pep talks including Isabel.

Meanwhile at Team Sonnen's training session they're trying to get Hortencia to do a circuit like the rest of the fighters and take an ice bath afterward. She's being a good sport even though they are razzing her the whole time. Sonnen tries to come to her rescue (and dances with her) but she agrees to the ice bath anyway - saying she likes being challenged. She immediately goes in the sauna sopping wet and gives Sonnen a big hug!

Profile piece on Jollyson. He says he's happy to prove everybody wrong who never thought he could achieve this dream. Silva brags that he's in better shape than 'Pezao' and that they'll take him down repeatedly.

Profile piece on Rogerio de Lima who says he was a lost child throughout his teenage years, but that through sports he got his soul back. "I like to fight. I'm very aggressive. Regardless of the outcome I'm a good fighter. My fights are enthralling. I fight for my daughter and my family."

Pezao is 232.6 on the scale and Jollyson is 234.6 - but either way there was no danger of them meeting the heavyweight limit. The fighters at the gym size up who has the advantage, but it doesn't take long before we move on to fight day. If there's one nice thing about a heavyweight season it's that you don't see guys freaking out about their diets before a fight - they just eat whatever they want. This week's aspiring Octagon Girl is Wendy Meira.

* Heavyweight: Marcos Rogerio de Lima 'Pezao' (Sonnen) vs. Francino Jollyson (Silva)

And here we go! The biggest difference between the two is experience - Pezao is 11-2-1 while Jollyson is 2-0-2. Pezao lands the first kick, Jollyson shoots, and Pezao puts him on the fence. Jollyson spins around with him, eating a few knees. They break at 1:31 and Pezao hits a left hand and jumps on for a guillotine but Jollyson shakes him off and jumps into guard at 2:11. Pezao is back up at 2:28 and he stuffs a takedown then gets one of his own at 2:44. The action is stopped at 3:25 because Jollyson has an injury, but he claims Pezao bit him and should be disqualified. The ref restarts the fighters with a verbal warning. Pezao takes the back with 30 seconds left and tries to drag Jollyson down but ends up giving up mount, though he has no time to take advantage before the horn.

Jollyson goes for a leg trip right away in R2 and doesn't get it. Pezao throws Jollyson down at 50 seconds and is in half guard. He's landing some good body shots. He stands up at 1:40 to force Jollyson back up and hurts him with knees before ending up on top on the ground at 1:59. Pezao's experience advantage is showing. Jollyson's face is swelling up from the fists and elbows. All Jollyson can do is tie him up and hope he gets tired, but if he keeps up the elbows to the head unchecked the ref may stop it. One minute left. Pezao finishes strong and should get this decision.

PEZAO GETS A UNANIMOUS DECISION AND MOVES TO THE SEMi-FINALS so Team Sonnen has tied it up 4-4 after initially going down 4-0! Hell of a comeback for 'Da Bad Guys' this season. Hortencia is happy about it too. The only one unhappy is Pezao who thinks he didn't perform up to his potential. Silva and Isabel try to cheer up Jollyson. "I did my best so I'm fine with that."

Time for the semi-final picks: Dana White is on via video conference. Lyoto wants to fight Wagnao, Demente wants to fight whoever, Vitor wants Monstro, and so on. Sonnen and Silva are surprisingly civil and agree on all their proposed fights. Dana White tells them he needs to crunch the data, but we go back to the gym and apparently it's all been sorted out. Wagnao (Silva) vs. Warlley (Sonnen), Carlos Jr (Silva) vs. Pezao (Sonnen), Abreu (Silva) vs. Lyoto (Sonnen) and Monstra (Silva) vs. Miranda (Sonnen). That's it for TUF Brazil 3 this week!
