During last night's Main Event broadcast, WWE announced that they would make an update on the WWE World Heavyweight championship on Monday's Raw from London, UK. As we reported after Raw in the PWInsider Elite section, the early belief within WWE is that he will be back within two months from the surgery.
WWE sources conveyed Monday that a decision on the championship would be made after the surgery and if Bryan would be back within the two months time-frame, the belt would remain with Bryan. If it ends up that Bryan would be out of the ring longer, the company will make a determination at that point.
