After telling The Charlotte Observer that he planned to pay his ex-wife Jacqueline Beems the more than $32,000 in spousal support that he owed her on Wednesday, The Baxter Bulletin  is reporting that as of yesterday afternoon, Beems' lawyer said that they have not received payment from Flair.
Flair is facing arrest if he doesn't make restitution.
