Quick notes for now. Black Tiger was unmasked as Rocky Romero and he shook hands with Tiger Mask but it turns out there was another one - yes, the same one who attacked Tiger Mask at the last Sumo Hall, and who laid the IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Champion out again today. Tenzan made an appearance and gave a speech in preparation for an in-ring return, saying both he and TenKoji would return on the big 5/3 Fukuoka show. Wild Child’s reunion went strangely wrong with undercarder Anderson showing his progress and pinning Omori. Nagata followed Tenzan into being put to sleep in a Chain Death Match. Iizuka remains without a fall loss since his since July ‘09. Yano turned against Makabe in the semi final, leading to Nakamura’s win. Unclear whether its Yano or Makabe out of GBH but as Yano acted alone it could be him. Tanahashi pinned Angle in a reportedly immense main event and is now being called “the perfect champion”. Building was about 70% full at kickoff, possibly slightly more by the end, not sold out to the company’s probable disappointment.
