For the first time in several
years, WWE will not be presenting Summerslam AXXESS events over
Summerslam weekend in Los Angeles. Before anyone asks if it was a
victim of budget cuts, the decision was made not to run AXXESS back in
January 2014 I have been told. AXXESS events were never listed on the
company's internal calendar for 2014 at any point.
As we noted yesterday, the post-SS Raw taping will not be held at the
Staples Center in Los Angeles but instead will be broadcast from Las
Vegas.
